Independence Day

I thought perhaps in honor of Independence Day we could post some stories, pictures, or even just little facts about members of the family who have been in the service. I know Grandpa was, but I am not even sure which branch or what he did. Instead of commenting on this post, please make a new post and share any stories or memories you have relating to this topic. For the younger generation you could even post some fun memories you have of the fourth out at Grandma and Grandpa's. Hope to hear lots from all you bloggers!
